住在大自然的怀抱,呼吸来自大山的清香

因为酒店在山区,酒店给升级了山景房,进入阳台就看到了雪山,非常的棒.酒店比较安静,睡的的很舒服,唯一的不足就是定晚了没有大床房,只有单人的小床。

非常良好的体验

整体来说这是一次非常良好的体验,甚至还有些惊喜。由于是用积分兑换,不包含早餐,到店之前我和爱人还在考虑第二天的早饭该怎么解决,到店后,前台立马识别我白金卡会籍,并告诉我已经为我的房间升级,给我的房间免费增添了无线路由器,送给我和我爱人每人各一张饮料券和早餐券。酒店很有特色,建造得像个城堡。设施比较整洁。早饭蛮好吃的,喜欢里面的包子和牛肉面。酒店处在九寨沟到机场的路上,交通蛮方便的。 不足之点是,酒店从早上5点开始供应暖气,暖气片里面有流水的声音,会影响一些睡眠。

最差的一家假日酒店

没有大堂吧,没有免费wifi,热水定时供应,金卡会员没有水果。没有标准的欢迎词。房间没有空调。只有电热毯,但电热毯又太热了。

我非常喜欢这个酒店

在去之前我真的没有想到那里会有假日,发现有假日的时候让我非常意外。前台的客人有点多,所以办理登记的等待时间有点长,可能是因为所有客人的证件都需要复印的原因吧。前台接待的员工很客气,操作也很熟练,因为我的订单有一些异常,处理起来比较复杂,还好她业务知识很熟悉,办理起来基本上没有遇到多大的阻碍。客房有点旧,浴室给人的感觉是最糟糕的,因为水要积在地面上,头一天晚上我们都稍微自己做了一下处理,但是第二天我们实在处理不了了,求助客房服务,来帮我处理问题的那个小伙子很不错,一直不停的道歉,还帮我用地巾把地面的水吸干后,又送来几条新的地巾,以保证我第二天早上能铺上干的地巾使用浴室。这个酒店最好的一点,就是每个房间都有阳台,由于我住在6楼,阳台后面就是山,站在那里,无论看星空还是看晨景,都是一件非常非常美妙和愉悦的事情。在这样的环境里,硬件的不足已经完全不是大问题了。所以,我还是强烈推荐这家酒店的。

总体来说符合假日的风格,性价比比较高

1、总体感觉:周围环境比洲际差了些,但是在古城里,也算是一种特色,也刚好可以在古城里面逛一逛。
2、位置:离洲际酒店大概4公里,总的来说除了在古城里逛一逛(半小时就逛完了),其他地方都肯定是要打车的,打车到洲际都要20元。到沟口60元左右,同样建议提前包好车。
3、酒店:大厅造的确实比较有特色,也挺漂亮,外观是古城一样的石头,算是不错了;客观非常一般,房间已经比较旧了,没有空调,还好有电热毯晚上才睡比较舒服。
4、服务:旅游团真的是超级多,所以来的时候CHECK IN 和OUT都等待了很久时间,但随后的服务很贴心:主动识别出了会员,送了两份软饮和欢迎水果,客房由高级房升级到豪华房,并告知留了风景比较好的房间;对等待入往和退房都表示了抱歉。特别是告诉我由于是临时订房,所以水果要晚一些,最后前台MM和服务员一起把水果送到房间,同时致歉,感觉很贴心;并且招呼服务员帮忙提行李之类的。总之,只谈服务的话,感觉真的是比天堂洲际要来的周到。
5、餐饮:只用了酒店的自助早餐,相对于洲际来说当然是简陋很多,但是毕竟价格也便宜很多,算是比较丰富,可以满足一般的用餐需求了,不过早餐没有任何水果。

Complaint of service of this hotel

1. hotel airport pick up from airport did not turn up and have to call & waited for more 45 mintues.

2. Very confuse in this hotel telephone number as it is shared with another hotel intercontinental. I wasted several long distance call and calling back & forther at the airport before I got the right person to trace back our hotel airport pick up

3. Could not accept AMEX credit card for check in guarantee as I never exprience such inconvenience in other holiday inn hotel in China.

4. Initially I was told in the check in No free breakfast / internet given to me as Platinium member and I have to demand to see duty manager then given such request.

5. Hotel only got 1 restaurant. During my stay, I was told to buy buffet coupon like most of the guests which are from travel agent if not to wait very long for individual ordering.

6. I inquired at hotel restaurant whether being platinium member got any discount for food at restaruant. I was told no discount but in my next stay at Changzhou holiday Inn, we were offered discount for food at restaruant.

7. I tried to settle the bill on the night before my last day of departure at very early morning to catch the early flight back to Chendu. I waited for more than half an hour. The printed statement was wrong as still include charge for internet and have to changed. My VISA credit card which used for guarantee could not be accepted by hotel machiner for final payment.

Poorly trained staff and old facilities

The lobby was very beautiful but super cold. Room was old. No swimming pool/ gym.

The staff at the front deck were very inexperienced and slow. The check in and check out took me about 15 min each although there were not that many guests.

Didn't get upgrade or any benefits as PCR member.
