Service in the HUB Lounge

I love this lounge. Thanks to Angela, she is absolutely amazing. She so spunky and fun. Makes us all feel like family when we stay. If she is not there, we always are like where in Angela. We do travel to this hotel often for meetings, as the location, facility and customer service is top notch! It is the go too hotel for our group for sure. thanks you Holiday Inn Downtown Saskatoon for ALWAYS going that extra step to make sure everyone is taken care of and happy.
Terrible experience

The bathroom door is see through for starters... the beds are hard and squeaky. The pillows were no good. Went to the lounge for nachos 45 minutes later we decided to get them delivered to room because we didn’t want to sit there anymore. The parking area ceiling has an area that has a low heating duct system. Our half ton size trucks antenna was scraping on it. Don’t park down there if u have a truck. We left at 6 in morning because we couldn’t sleep on the horrible bed and went to front desk. Told them it was awful she said I’ll relay that and that’s it. We get in truck to leave and some guy comes to tell us she needs us at front desk. So we pull back in there only to be told we didn’t pay yet even though they had my credit card from night before. It took her at least a half hour to finish the payment when we just wanted to leave. Overall it was a horrible experience that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

the Holiday Inn is very clean and the staff are friendly. My only recommendation is for the hotel to provide the local newspaper

Great experience while staying at this property. Friendly staff and very clean. I would recommend this hotel while staying in Saskatoon.

I'm generally not one to write a review (especially a positive one) about a Holiday Inn experience but this hotel seems to justify one. The decore, cleanliness, breakfast, service and value here are unlike any other HI that I've stayed in the country. The covered parking is an added touch and the breakfast at this HI is a nice break from the barely-edibile powdered eggs, the cost is more than justified compared to the free offerings of other HI.
The staff are among the friendliest at any hotel I've stayed, including the waiting staff at the restaurant.
There is almost nothing to complain about here. The internet could perhaps be a bit faster but otherwise flawless. I am in Saskatoon every 2-4 weeks for business and I will continue to make this hotel my one and only stay so long as there is room.

Very comfortable rooms and for a hotel downtown the rooms are very quiet! As well the restaurant offers a great variety of menu options.

Very roomy rooms, decent lounge with good food. Staff were very courteous and I'd definitely stay here again.

Servers in the restaurant were very friendly and remember us from previous day. Hotel facilities were comfortable and well kept.

It was my first time on this hotel property and it was very good. Very nice facilities and comfortable. The staff was exceptional in its warmth...I was greeted all of the time and several of them took the initiative to do extra conveniences that were very charming. Good culture
Bit pricey, but very good.

The hotel was slick like you would expect out of one so new, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. I also found even the pillows labeled as 'firm' to be way too soft, but the mattress was fantastic. I also really, really appreciated the addition of bedside outlets on BOTH SIDES OF THE BED! Huzzah! A hotel that knows a king size bed might accommodate two people who both would like to charge their phones overnight. The room was very quiet, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great stay in a lovely room, literally across the street from TCU Place, but a few things could have been better and it was definitely at the top of our budget.
