A Fascinating and Attracting Holiday Inn Experience

I am not a frequent guest to HI brand. For business trips, my top choice would be InterCon or other hotel groups. But the location contributes to my selection. Hence if you are a similar business guest pls read this short passage and I hope this would help.
The hotel locates in the centre of Macao Peninsula, with bus stops onsite. This facility guarantees you could reach any site within 10 minutes in the main island. Thus the convenience is very satisfying.
For the service, every staff in this hotel is passionate. It is their enthusiasm that makes HI Macao a home outside. When you are exhausted by piles of work, you could go to the lobby bar for a short chat with the nice gentleman there. I believe that would be quite relaxing.
Finally, the hotel maintains the highest standard. They didn't reduce the benefits of member benefits but satisfy any request you may have. They always go one mile beyond the brand standard and compliance (like upgrade to better rooms and complimentary B'Fast). For my short stay in Macao, such experience left me deep impression and movings.
Also: True Recognition & Compliments to the whole FO team and F&B team for their hard work.

禮賓部及健身中心方面，菲律賓籍員工態度極度惡劣，當抵達酒店時，站在門口的門僮完全很不情願開門迎賓，進入後，住客攜着大小行李並沒有任何協助把手騰出來出示健康碼，只是很沒有禮貌地走過來說”朋友健康碼”盯住，但當時他竟然與鄉里正在進行FaceTime，可想言之他的態度。至於健身中心的Aries，要求額外毛巾與水的時候，便說公司規定每人只有一條毛巾，水喝光後，問他取多支時，他說剛剛已給了你，那公司規定他大部份時間只顧在櫃檯做私人事嗎？無視泳客向他反映設施問題，走咗去做其他事。餐飲方面，自助早餐選擇很有限，連普通麵檔、蛋檔、點心全都沒有，不去吃也不會覺得可惜。廚師完全不能按食客要求更改材料兼且份量少，甚至點菜單都不能，但菜式欠缺該材料時，沒有詢問食客便直接省略，處理食物時也不戴口罩，完全係Omakase (廚師發辦)，廚師大晒。房間方面，存在不少問題，地氈每個角落總是滿佈疑似紅酒漬，窗天花燈有盞壞了，電視看看下無線台竟然黑屏彈出來需要收費，之後部電視所有頻道全部彩色格仔吱吱聲，冷氣掣整晚不間斷發出吱吱聲響。浴室方面，風筒未吹完之際無故壞掉的，花灑固定架有缺口，浴缸塞不見了，只有一個斷鏈的塞在浴缸旁，裝洗漱用品的櫃桶竟然有一角上手客人剩餘的包裝在內，廁紙質地較粗糙，以上這些問題都應該必須作出改善。

疫情后再次回到澳门假日酒店，服务一如既往的贴心，入住送了安心礼包，里面有口罩，消毒用品，退房送了瓶装水，真的很用心

Great staff & services. Very helpful & friendly. It will be excellent if the hotel is able to provide free transportation from & to airport. Overall, my family has a great time staying in this hotel. Keep up the good work & services.

乾淨舒適的酒店,唯一美中不足的地方是樓層維修,無法好好睡,且入住到與隔壁房有通道門的房間,隔音效果較差,可聽到隔壁房客的聊天內容, 其餘方面皆不錯,可接受

入住时，前台客服不会主动提示及告知酒店wifi情况。
酒店设施挺不错，干净整洁。比预想中的好，总体感觉不错。

It was unfortunate that the hotel were carrying out noisy renovations over such a busy time but they did their best to accommodate guests as far away from the works as possible.

A decent hotel with basic amenities present. Rooms are clean.
The staff are ever trying to accommodate and resolve the issues you have at hand. This is a good thing.
Hotel is close proximity to various popular hotels, casinos, landmarks etc.
Opposite a Police station. Security enhanced!
