I stayed one night; however it was stressful stay.
The reception staff told me I can check out at 2 PM “one hour late check out” since I asked after begging them then they agreed for one hour only late check out. Then the next day they told me I have to check out at 1 PM; and they never agreed on me checking out at 2 PM or they will charge me.
What’s shame I never had issue like this in any IHG chain hotels
My flight was late that’s why I needed late check out.
The hotel is outdated & need some renovations
WiFi is not that strong for someone who needs to work online
Also the bed sheet had tear & wear which is not Holiday Inn standards. I would not stay here again or recommend the place.

Pésima la actitud de su personal del front desk, llegué media hora antes al hotel y como socio en teoría ya deberían tenerla lista. la señorita que estaba en el mostrador ese día el 17 de Octubre en una forma despota me comentó que no habían habitaciones y que me esperara en un rincón hasta que la tuviera. después de una hora nunca me llamó me acerqué a preguntar por mi habitación y junto con la gerente me dijeron que pues ellos iban atendiendo a la gente como iba llegando.
muy mala experiencia desafortunadamente no vuelvo a hospedarme en su hotel y si me preguntan no los voy a recomendar. lo siento pero ese hotel tiene ventajas pero su personal va a acabar con el.

The hotel was very welcoming staff was nice and the building was clean the only complaint would be it is close to the highway and you can really hear the cars go by other than that it’s been the perfect stay

Nice front area, but rooms were nothing special. Shower curtain was of poor quality and falling apart. Internet was slow. People were not fluent in English.

Hotel was not a big deal from outside, but as soon step in, it is like a new world.. Courtesy, cleanliness, organized.. Room was a
"plus", some minor thing to fix, but excellence at the fullness.. Price it is a bargain

Check-in took too long, there was a gentleman/employee standing around just watching us wait, I think there could have been an effort made to provide for efficient check-in. If his only purpose was to stand around and offer no assistance, he did that really well.
We called down to ask for towels and they never came. We were lucky that there was a cleaning cart near our room and asked the housekeeper for a couple of towels. Poor follow-through.
Room was quiet and sleep comfort was good.
Breakfast had more flies than it did guests which made for a much less pleasant experience. Waiters went around with linens attempting to kill as many as possible.

Staff was excellent, People there are very nice and well mannered. Recommend this place to anyone. The breakfast buffet is very good. The pool and amenities are great.

El sistema de aire acondicionado parace ser viejo y hace ruido durante la noche, además no es fácil de usar pues las perillas no indican claramente en qué nivel está trabajando.
