The hotel is located on one of the most important avenues of the city. While it is a beautiful location, it is also a very busy location which means getting to the hotel itself can be time consuming
due to heavy traffic.
Located next door to a shopping mall is convenient, especially for the good variety of food options offered in the food court and adjoining restaurants.
I had a room with two queen beds which was spacious, clean with a large bathroom with lots of counter space, decent lighting, and a good shower.
My room was freezing cold when I entered, and no amount of fiddling with the thermostat yielded any results; however, the front desk promptly brought a space heater to my room when I notified them of the situation. (In the end, I had to simply turn the thermostat off completely)
Internet had a good connection with no issues.
My only complaint was the beds which were surprisingly very stiff for a Holiday Inn Express. Very stiff.
Breakfast was very nice. Not a ton of choices, but certainly sufficient and tasty. Eggs and meat, a build your own chilequiles bar, cereals, fruit toast, etc. Juice and coffee, of course. Over all, very nice. [Less]
