We stayed for 6 nights at this Holiday Inn Club Vacations in North Scottsdale, and were pleased with the resort.
- Very generously-sized rooms, which were the approximate size of a condo. We
stayed in a 2-bedroom unit and overall the accommodations were excellent. Finding hotels that offer multiple bedrooms in a single unit is always a challenge, and this is one of the best ones we have found. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the kitchen was large and had all the necessary implements. The only drawbacks, and they were fairly significant, are the walls are paper-thin so you could hear your neighbor clearly, which isn't ideal when they and their kids are awake and talking at 4am! And, the AC was really noisy as well.
- The multiple pools were nice, the pool decks were spotless and the multiple seating options were excellent. Never had an issue finding chairs for the family. It would be better to have towels down at the pool that you can throw in a hamper when you're done, rather than carry them to/from your unit and have to wash them yourself.
- We had a family happy hour at the on-site restaurant and the appetizers were good (not great), but reasonably priced. The outdoor seating area is wonderful, both during the day with shaded areas, and at night with a fireplace..
