Poor bathroom and response from General Manager

Let me first state that we have stayed at this property since they opened and have been satisfied with service and hotel. This past visit was so poor, I was not going to post anything on the website, but after contacting the hotel with photos of the bathroom and email the response was not acceptable. I then called the General Manager (Vic) and left a message with the front desk and no return phone call. The bathroom in the room we stayed in was rusty in the shower track and dirty. I would recommend the property if the bathrooms would be updated and clean but I'm so disappointed that the General Manager did not even care enough about my complaint to return my phone call.

I would highly recommend this hotel! The entire place is clean and inviting! The staff was helpful and friendly and our room was spacious and clean, clean, clean! My daughter and our 2 small dogs were so comfortable! The beds were comfy and provided a peaceful nights sleep! The breakfast served was delicious and had a large variety of items! I need a pancake maker like theirs and the recipe! I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I’m in the area! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable!
Good room but no natural light

The room was great. Very spacious. The only problem, the window shade in the room was pulled down. The chain to operate the shade was broken, so the shade could not be raised. No natural light, which was a shame because the windows are large. There was no maintenance person on sight, but we were given a $10 discount.

The room was great except for 1 thing. The window shade in the room could not be raised. The chain to operate it was broken. This made the room dark. No natural light. We were given a $10 discount on the room, so that was nice. Everything else about the room was great. We wish we could seen out the window.
