Was very impressed with the hotel upon arrival. New hotel, outside grounds were well kept. Hotel staff were all very friendly. Would definitely stay at this hotel when back in this area.

Nice, clean and new

This motel is very clean, new and tastefully decorated. The room I stayed in was on the south end of the building facing the interstate. Noise from the interstate could be heard inside the room, but if you keep the fan running you can eliminate most of the sound. The motel only has one elevator and it is extremely slow. It would be nice if the stairs were available for use, but an alarm on the door says emergency use only. Overall, it is a very nice motel and the breakfast bar in the morning was an added bonus.

Less than Fair.

Check In is 3pm. If you can't check in at the appointed time, then adjustments to your rate should be made. we didn't try to check in early, just on time. No room to sit and wait for 80 minutes for our room to be cleaned. Missed an event. Very unhappy and very unprofessional front desk. The only bright spot was the sweet lady that handles the breakfast in the morning. She was very attentive and a pleasure! She should run the whole place.

Nice new property - ironing out the kinks

The property met all my expectations. Super clean and sparkly new.

The staff needed some work in handling check-in processes and basic customer relations when managing delays and interactions with their housekeeping teams.

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and would try the facility again.

Comfortable bed and clean room

The staff was great. The hotel was clean and the rooms were clean. The only complaint I had was with the sleeper sofa. The mattress was terrible. You could feel the metal underneath it. I would suggest improving the quality of the mattress.

Friendliness of staff

The employee who was attending the dining area for breakfast was particularly helpful and attentive to needs of guests. She was quite friendly. She was willing to get any food guests needed. She told us to have a great trip and invited us to return. You should be proud of this employee.
