Very clean hotel, really nice rooms, really nice staff, zero complaints

Went with my wife to stay here for 3 nights and boy, what a stay! I have stayed at other big name hotels around the world, but NOTHING can beat the level of service and cleanliness that this particular hotel had. Friendly staff like Timi at the front desk, squeaky clean pool and lobby, brand new furniture, really professional service - all of this makes you feel as if you are staying at some 7-star hotel! Usually, my problem with hotels is how hassling it is to get some towels or toiletries, but not with this hotel. It was so hassle free, and so was check in and check out :) Being our first wedding anniversary, we requested for late check-out, and they accepted our request. Staff is super friendly, and during Covid-19 times, they go an extra mile to take care of their guests. Do stay here if you're visiting Sarnia. Very close to the Cantara Beach and super close to the water bridge

We booked into the hotel Dec 30-Jan 4, as a family.
The hotel is new, modern and staff are very nice and accommodating.
The facilities were clean and in great shape.
I gave it a poor for breakfast choices as it was the same everyday with no vietiety between the days., but a free breakfast is that a free breakfast.
The rating of poor for sleep quality is nothing to do with the bed, or room or staff. It was due to hockey teams being loud and rude. I would give the staff and hotel a 5* rating as they did everything they could to correct it, and did apologize to a few guests about the issues.
Over all I gave it 4/5 stars and do recommend this to other families, professional drivers and those looking for a nice clean and friendly hotel.
