We stayed at this hotel and found the room to be as expected . It was clean quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was as good as other IHG hotels that we have stayed with. We were about a hundred miles down the road when we realized that we had left a pillow behind in the room. While on the road we called and talked with Mistie who located the pillow and made arraignments to send the pillow to our home address. In this day and age customer service is not all that common but at this hotel it is. Thank you for the good service

I came to this hotel as an essential worker for the hospital, and the ladies at the front desk were phenomenal!! Their customer service exceeded any hotel I have ever been to. They were warm and always greeted me anytime I went or cane back from work. I especially grew a bound with Tamra and Trish. This place is not bug infested at all, they kept it very clean, (shout out to the cleaning ladies), one day I had a stink bug in my room on ground level and Tamra came and got it for me. She is so brave. Trish was very friendly and a great listener. After a long day of work she would listen to me go on and on about my day. When ever I had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, no one ever disturbed my rest. If you forgot to pack anything hygiene wise, these ladies had it all at the front desk! Keep up the good work ladies!!!

I don't normally complain OR write reviews, but this was just bad. I am an IHG customer, but decided to book online through findhotel.net because it was $50 cheaper (yes, $50 cheaper! - even if it meant not getting my points!!). I don't know if that's why I got the terrible room or not because my room smelled like a dirty gym locker!! Thinking it was just humid, I turned the A/C on full blast -- nope, not the culprit. My family froze all night and it still stunk -- BAD. So gross. The beds were hard as a rock. I was so tired, we were driving long distance and didn't feel like complaining. Honestly, I just didn't want to move 3 suitcases from one room to another AGAIN. I have to wonder if they knew it was bad because when I handed in my keycards the next morning, they usually ask how things were -- they didn't ask or say anything. SO...if you're in the market for a stinky room and an all-around horrible night's sleep, STAY here!!

This is a great hotel! We were just passing through. It had been a long hard driving day with plenty of traffic and construction and we were worn out. The price was very reasonable, the staff was very courteous, the room was clean and the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic! I will definitely keep this place in mind when traveling through here again. I highly recommend this hotel!

It was nice to find a clean bed and last minute reservation. I would recommend better signage along the road so it isn't so easily missed. (late at night)

We always like to go to a Holiday Inn, but we really loved this one!! The room was roomy for our family of 5. While conversing in the lobby, a desk clerk overheard we were here to visit a sick relative in the hospital. When I recieved the bill I notice a rate change on my bill. Apparently they take care of you even when youre not asking. Outstanding!!! Thank you

Most comfortable mattress, pillows, sheets and comforter. The room spelled fresh walking in not stale as I find some. The continental breakfast was set up nicely and food was all the appropriate temperatures. The Danish were freshly baked and warm. Newspaper placed under door in am, which is a nice touch. I would come here again.

I have stayed here several times and always find it clean and updated. The staff are very genuine and helpful and welcoming! The location is convenient to many things. Will continue to stay here in the future!

We have visited at the Winchester Holiday Inn Express several times over the past years and have always enjoyed our stay. We were not disappointed during our last visit and would highly recommend this location to others. The beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was excellent.
