Room was not clean, only one person at check-in counter who could not understand or speak evan small amount of English. Hotel wanted a deposit even when I offered to pay for the entire stay up-front. Never was greeted upon check-in or asked how my stay was at check-out. Food was horrible, cold noodles and vegetables at bkfast. I found similar case at three other IHG properties in China. I belive IHG has the most rooms available in Chins so this sort of thing is OK. Well I hope competition will eventually give them a wake up call.

第二次入住了，这次订的大床房，但靠马路边，有点吵杂，但因为楼层高，晚上还好。床很舒服，尤其枕头。最喜欢他家的枕头，舒服！不过早餐做面条和米线的，好像换了师傅，没有上次好吃，一碗米线汤很少，都坨在一起了。总的来说不错！

对于智选家族来说，这家还算不错了，设施硬件都比较新，主要是房间够大，比其他的智选房间要大些，总体体验都没什么明显不如意的地方，还是比较推荐，只是地段稍微感觉偏了一点点，周边环境相对其他智选显得吵杂了一些。

朋友推荐了贵品牌酒店，随后我出差旅行都会首先考虑。服务生态度热情，房间也整理的很干净，有问题也能及时处理，浴室使用和清洁程度也非常让我满意。
第一次入住智选酒店

第一次尝试入住智选酒店，挑选了这家口碑较好的西门智选，但是比较失望，以后不会再入住这一系列的酒店。
酒店整体卫生一般，该酒店应该开业不久，但大厅的沙发就很不干净。廊下灯光昏暗，地毯感觉不干净。房间临近马路，噪音很大，卫生间的下水道传来阵阵恶臭，用花洒冲了很长时间也不起任何作用。

到前台办理入住爱理不理，效率非常低，大厅本来就不大，还有非酒店自身商业化设施的存在，会员的赠饮券还要单独打电话问才提供，我在预订时单独备注要安静的房间，不知道是酒店没有还是怎么的，安排在临街的位置，又不隔音，早餐整体很一般，唯独比较好的是客房的挺大，设施还算不错
酒店离机场20分钟左右的路程，周边有许多饭店。

酒店提供免费停车场，每次只要在前台领取停车票即可，提供了早餐，伙食还算比较丰富，前台经过提醒给予了欢迎饮料券，另外CI和CO的时间都偏长，（感觉由于假期人手不是很充足导致的），另外我预定的2间房间由于去的晚不是在同一个楼层，略有不方便。

最高级别的房间很大，简洁大方，卫浴很大，清洁程度良好，备品一般，早餐符合基本要求，服务人员态度不错，入住退房快捷有效率。
