During my stay for 3 days, they had a lot of issues with bathing towels. When I asked for some towels they told me that they had 80 rooms being occupied and everyone has been asking for extra towels. I informed the front desk attendant that I paid to much money to stay here and can not wash my body due to them not having towels.

Brand new hotel, close to the city center. Only con is the location of the parking lot to the entrance when first checking in.

I’m quite a bit disappointed. Literally after calling twice and confirming they were aware of our late arrival they were not and they marked us as no show. Luckily we had our room still but it really delayed our check in when we were already exhausted from driving so long. Then we had to PAY for parking and we didn’t even get to park in the secured lot. Then the card they gave us didn’t even work to get in the building. This whole parking situation was really irritating. It really irritated me to pay for parking on a street.
