Beautiful rooms, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely shower. Staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and friendly. We come to Coon Rapids a few times a year to visit family and have tried all the hotels in the area except this one - and now we are never staying anywhere else. This is a gem!

I had booked a room for a 1-night stay during this property's sell-out weekend due to a soccer tournament in the area. Upon my arrival, my room was not yet ready; which I understood and had no problem with. The General Manager, Faheem Amini, was working the front desk and he could not have been more accommodating. He gave me a gift bag with water and some snacks while I was waiting. He also added additional Priority Club points to my account! After a few minutes he reassigned a room that was ready to me so I really had little inconvenience.
While this property is always on the high-end of area hotel costs; it is one of my favorite places to stay when in the area. Everything appears to be recently updated and the upkeep is excellent.

Superlatives are used too often, and sometimes loose their true weight and meaning - so I am going to state categorically that this property in general and Mr. Faheem Amini's attention to detail, exceeded any other stay my family and I have had with I.H.G. properties.
From the moment we entered the door, a level of personal attention and sincere care was obvious. Spire Elite members sometimes get attention that is above and beyond, but it was obvious that Mr. Amini (CHA) and his team bring a level of authenticity to their care, that was abundantly clear. I feel confident that if we were not long standing IHG customers, the service we enjoyed would have still been stellar.
I will drive extra miles to stay at this Coon Rapids - Blaine Area property when ever business or pleasure travel take me to the area.
Faheem himself, epitomizes all that IHG would want in a General Manager.

Other then that I Love staying at the Coon Rapids Hotel
People are great and rooms are really nice.
Lots of great food options and shopping in the area.
Very close to all of my customers which makes it really easy.
This is the place to stay

If you are in the area working or leisure this is the place to stay. Great staff and so quite I stay here when I am within 30 miles. I would rather drive here then get a poor nights rest at another brand.

We reserved 3 rooms for 5 people, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was welcoming, and the rooms were relaxing. We would certainly stay at this location the next time we visit relatives.

Good brakfast, quiet room, clean, affordable. Noisy refrigerator (had to unplug), and fan didn't run continuously in Auto fan mode when A/C or heat on.

The front desk staff was very friendly and recommended a good place to eat. There is a great sports bar within walking distance. The warm cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. The room was a nice size and clean.
