I’ve requested for a high floor within my stay. The staff wasn’t very accommodating. He gave me a wheelchair accessible room without even telling me. The front desk agent who checked me in don’t want me to put upstairs as they’re hockey teams there. well, it didn’t make a difference anyway you could here kids running pass quiet time. I didn’t have a good sleep for my early flight at 5am

Location: Close to shops
Staff: Very friendly and accommodating
Breakfast Choices: Outstanding - offered omelettes, saugages, bacon, fruits, pancakes, yogurts, cereal choices, pastries, toast, bagels, coffee - lots of selection and there is 24 hour coffee/tea service available in the lobby.
Rooms: Clean and beds were very comfortable
Pool area: Great for kids and well maintained
Gym: Not large but certainly functional
Lobby: Groups did gather to watch the hockey game however it was not intrusive at all.
You do require a car for travel from this location but the parking is free.
I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to others and would stay again myself.

This was our first time staying at this hotel and the experience was amazing. All covid protocols were being followed, guests were respectful of the rules in the pool, the gym is a nice set up,breakfast isn’t like it use to be but understandable during this time and the location is nice. The customer service was what really stood out to me , right down to the maintenance man I talked to.It was so good it makes me want to work there to be a part of an Organization that focuses on company values. I will be staying here again.

Checked in late but all went good. Nice and comfy and great place to relax for sure. Since Covid19 pandemic the breakfast was not there (dining in), which is acceptable but one thing we're told a simple take out bag is available but unfortunately NO it wasn't even a small banana, apple or any will be great! no go on that. The price should be lower IMO granted some lacking benefits that should be there.

Exceptional new hotel with modern amenities. Very well planned and designed, the rooms are spacious (loved the high ceilings), comfy and include a fabulous TV (almost seemed 3D!). There are lots of ports for electronics, a quiet & easy to use heating system, a great shower stall and plenty of space for luggage. Even the toiletries provided were of excellent quality. I used the fitness room twice and it is small but a motivating space. 8 and 12 lb dumbbells would be a good addition. The breakfast room is big and bright and there are several healthy options. Parking is free and it is less than a 5 min drive to Dartmouth Crossing. Staff were professional, accommodating and available. Appreciated that they could provide us with a late checkout and a room upgrade. Only complaint is the quality of the toilet paper. Would definitely stay again.
