The management is non existent and the hotel staff is the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever had to deal with.
They steal money and don’t return calls or complaints. This place needs new ownership and a completely new staff line up.

This hotel has the rudest and most unprofessional staff there is. It is by far the most poorly run hotel I’ve ever dealt with. From the non existent manager who will never call you for complaints you have to staff that disingenuously and unprofessionally go about handling any needs you may have, the worst part is the money they steal from you. Do not go to this hotel ever!!! It’s not worth the cheaper price! Do yourself and your family a favor and book anywhere else but here.

Horrible experience, They charged me $100 for excessive cleaning fee, When I requested pictures from the GM (Greg Sandvig) regarding the fee. He informed me that he would send them to me. He never did, And I had to reach out to the front end manager and she was able to send the pictures to me regarding the "Dirty room". Once I saw the pictures, I immediately called and told the front end manager that the main picture (the room) was not even of my room!!. The room picture was of some random room and even had the wrong layout of the room. Floored by this shadiness, I was informed that the GM was not in the office until Tuesday. Needless to say, I'll be calling on Tuesday, demanding my refund as well as contacting the corporate office and filing a complain with the property/GM. The is completely unprofessional and sketchy. When I called the following week to talk to Greg again, he LAUGHED at me on the phone and told me “good luck” on getting my money back

We booked this hotel because it has a pool/hot tub and continental breakfast. Most other hotels were already full. There were food crumbs in the window sill and popcorn under the couch. Broken or missing fixtures throughout. The windows have a lock so you can only open your window about an inch, so don’t plan to get any fresh air into your room. The hot tub was out of order and the pool was dirty and chunks of hair everywhere. We probably would not stay here again.
