Best Hotel Ever

My husband and I loved everything about our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was beautiful and clean. We got a great night of sleep, and will stay here again when we visit our daughter at EWU

Our recent stay here was great, the staff are super friendly, the room was nice & clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was great, we had a grab and go bag with lots of tasty goodies! The staff at the breakfast were very friendly, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.
Great choice, will stay there again!

As my daughter drove us up to the hotel, I said, "Oh good, Holiday Inn Express, your home away from home." She asked, "Where does is say that?" Well it doesn't, but it should. This was our third stay at an HIE somewhere in the country in two months, and it is so welcoming to know just what comfort and service to expect. The great breakfast, microwave and fridge really humanize the stay. To say nothing of the staff--shout out to Katy and Dustin, as well as the housekeepers and the maintenance staff. My only grumble is the old-fashioned and noisy HVAC units that go on and off all night so the "on" wakes me up. This is typical of HIE throughout the country. Please install central air with thermostats; our unit broke and was quickly repaired, but that is not what I am talking about--there is nothing the staff can do about the entire system; that is a management issue nationwide--please address.

we got in a little early, our room was not ready but the gentleman at the front desk took my name and phone number and said he would give me a call when a room was ready. I received a call at 12:30 letting me know that at our convenience our room was ready. I thanked the gentleman that called me and told him that I really appreciated the call, that was very nice of him to offer and then follow up. Kuddos!

Your staff is what makes this such a great place to stay. From the sweet ladies that cleaned the room to the college students that maintain the breakfast area. They were genuinely courteous and responsive, The front desk accommodated us in every way. We had an option to stay closer to the airport the night we flew out, we had stayed Thurs thru tues, in Cheney and then checked out to go sight seeing. We liked it so well we just checked back in fri.
Wonderful staff, comfortable room, quiet.

If I could request anything, it would be gluten-free bagels or muffins, as offered in other HI Express locations. Not a deal breaker, by any means. The stay was lovely. Thank you.

We traveled on two road trips so far from Missouri to Seattle, Washington. The first we flew to Mo. and drove back on the southern route (6 nites on the road). And we recently drove from Seattle to Mo. on the northern route (6 nites on the road) stayed at HIE throughout the travel
routes and due shortly to return to Seattle. So far the staff at every HIE have been very friendly and we felt very welcomed. The things that were irritating though, were the electronic lights at night. There were some green, red, blue and white flashing lights thru-out the night in the room that could use some shielding from view as you lay on the bed. At one property (can't remember exactly which one) but only when you lay on the bed is it noticeable, the cablebox for the TV that is mounted behind and too low of the TV Screen has a very bright green light that I used my computer case to shield it, And facial tissue issue (4 or 5 left in the box?) in 3 consecutive night at 3 different stays is a bit much. Oh, and also check those motor noises from the roof exhaust fans and some of the air conditioners. Otherwise great.

Staff is welcoming and pleasant. We love staying there, when we travel we try and stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels.

We were very impressed with the room as it was extremely clean and in excellent condition. The bedding was comfortable. Because our daughter goes to college in this town, we will be staying here again. It great to find a nice hotel where the staff treats you well when visiting.

This is the place to stay if you have to spend time in Cheney. Great room and staff, and includes a good breakfast.
