Wonderful Staff.

I stayed here for a week at the end of August. I had a maintenance issue the first night, and Hannahlore made sure it was fixed that night. The staff and most guests were taking CoVid seriously, and you could still get a decent breakfast, even without the eggs, bacon, and sausage.

My mother-in-law fell in the hallway on the night of our stay and the gentleman working the front desk that night was extremely kind and compassionate. He helped her get back on her feet and administered first aid to a cut on her hand she got from the fall. His customer service was exceptional and I highly commend him!
Poor Customer Service

The gentleman assisting with check in was good but lady at front desk the subsequent day was rather rude and chose not to assist us when we brought something to her attention.
