Very Nice!

I’d read some reviews saying the neighborhood wasn’t very nice. We were only there for the one night passing through but we were very surprised at this hotel. It was lovely. Very clean, very friendly, comfortable, and right off the hwy. The room had a wonderful shower and the carpet was clean.
As a passing through hotel I’d recommend this one absolutely. Still can’t speak to the neighborhood but it didn’t matter for us.
Sticky nasty floor

When we got to our room our shoes was sticking to the floor so we were afraid of taking off our socks, then we noticed that we didn’t have a shower curtain at all, when we called the front desk we were told if we “wanted” one we would have to walk back down to the front desk to get one. Overall we didn’t feel comfortable at all with this hotel experience!

We had accidently booked through a 3rd party, and upon arrival, the reservation was a mess! Tyissha, at the front desk, was so helpful. She even called the thrid party for us to arrange a refund, and then got us into the right room.
Although the hotel is located on an extremely busy interstate, we heard nothing and were able to get a good night's sleep.
Clean room comfortable bed amazing staff I felt safe

Everything here was top notch. I appreciated the ease and efficiency of check in. The room was clean, quiet and got nice and cold. There was a little TV tray with a comfy chair to use while watching TV. There are several restaurants nearby to choose from. I didn't hear any noise from the interstate. Breakfast was okay. Their pancake maker was broken, but those things happen. They had Cinnabon cinnamon rolls which were a little too sweet. There were a lot of oranges, but no bananas. And they definitely recognized me as one of their elite member. I appreciated the little convenience "store" with inexpensive drinks.

The room and hotel were good. The only complaint I had was the soap. I like that they don't use the individual little bottles of soup, shampoo and condition, however the big bottles can not be empty just taking up space in the shower. When you are in shower is not time to learn there is no soap or hair products.
