Lousy Bed ; great breakfast

Those pillow top mattresses got to be the worst . Tough to get "situated" and you feel like your sleeping in a bucket if you can get to sleep. This was clearly the worst sleeping or lack of sleep experience I've had in many years. On the other hand front desk people were great. The breakfast & breakfast crew were second to none!!!

Our room near the elevator was very quiet. The air conditioner was also quiet and efficient. Breakfast was very good with a good selection.

the hotel was easy to get to.
room was quiet and staff worked with us on which room was right. very pleased.
the only issue was the pool was closed 3 of the 4 days we were there.

The staff and hotel in Bridgeville PA is top shelf! Nice people, nice place, clean and friendly. Try this one instead of in the "big city".

This is our neighborhood Holiday Inn Express, and we recommend it extensively for visitors. It's a great location for business and socializing, with many local restaurants nearby. Also, easy access to Route 79 and local office parks.
The facility is always clean and neat, and the rooms comfortable. A standard breakfast is available, which really helps when you're in a hurry!
On this particular occasion, the young lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful - she really loved her job and was happy to work for the Holiday Inn Group. It was great to talk with her.

why when some one calls or comes to the Holiday inn express you won't take a message for the party? One associate will the other won't. I was in the neighborhood and people knew I was staying there yet no one cold leave me a message. A friend even called with the conformation number for my room and wasn't allowed to leave a message.

Beautiful Hotel just outside Pittsburg very convent to down town. Next trip plan on staying here again.

The employees are very courteous and the rooms are very clean with comfortable bedding. I was able to park my vehicle while on a four day flight, would recommend this hotel.

The lobby and rooms are always very clean, the AC/Heat always works, and the beds are the most supportive and comfortable. The pillows are still full-sized, not the little square pillows some other chains use.
The breakfast hostess is always great; she has been the outgoing friendly face we see for years. She turns "just another hotel" into a familiar place for everyone.
We do miss the little goody bag they used to give club members though.

the employees were very friendly and helpful, as were the people at the King's restaurant next door. Pittsburgh is such an enjoyable place to visit.
