I’m a flight attendant that love staying at Holiday Inn Express. This is my second time staying at this particular location. The first time I stayed on the first floor and it was a roach in my room and I have pictures. When it was time to check out I wanted to address the issue but the line was long. I stayed again on 11/22 we’re I was greeted by 4 people at the front desk and only ONE person worked there. I was getting my questions answered by people that didn’t even work there or use to work there RED FLAG! My last stay I was told I can pay the deposit on my card and the rest in cash considering I lost my card on the plane and I was dealing with one card. The 4 ladies at the desk was not helpful at all I felt all of my answers to questions was NO. I let it go because I had long flight and I was sleepy. The next day after check out I asked for a receipt with a zero for the deposit the lady said sure and printed it. I folded the paper up trusting I got what I asked for. After arriving back to Arizona it was NOT what I asked for. I called again and requested the samething and it wasn’t what I asked for AGAIN. I called again today 11/30 and I explained I need a zero deposit receipt before and she said I will have to drive up there to get the zero deposit receipt so I told her I can’t drive from Arizona for that and then she hung up in my face. I called back and she did not answer. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I TRIED TO LOOK PAST EVERYTHING BUT I CANT BELIEVE MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION.

Horrible night sleep and POOR customer service

I called here asking if they had a airport shuttle because I had a morning flight. The women working stated they did and didn't mention anything about starting late in the morning. I didn't want to worry about Uber and wanted a shuttle. So I found an online deal and booked it. I arrived ten minutes later to check in and state I need to book the shuttle for my 6:45am flight. "Oh sorry, we don't start until 7am". POOR customer service, if someone calls and asks about the shuttle, say yes our shuttle runs from 7am-XXpm If It's not 24/hrs. I couldn't cancel my reservation since it was a nonrefundable stay. When was checking in (about 7:45pm) she was also too busy trying to make conversation with her coworker. She barely acknowledged me. When I said I was hoping to get a room with two beds or one Queen/King vs one Double she was a little rude stating that I selected Whatever was available. I said , "I understand this, but I'm sharing a bed with my child so I was hoping for something larger then one Double bed if possible please". Don't have to be rude, I was asking nicely.

I had to spend an extra $33 to get an Uber to the airport when I would have booked elsewhere for the same price with a shuttle. Very irritating.

Unless you are the heaviest of sleepers and can sleep through anything, do not go here. This hotel is cheaply built, there is no noise reductions. So you can hear everyones door shutting all through out the night up and down the halls. I kept waking up to the noise of doors shutting. I was near the end of the hall that also had an outdoor entrance which is horrible because you can hear the door shut when people came in. You will need ear plugs here.

The room seemed clean but a little surprised to see a wrapper on the floor when I first walked in. Also one of the K-cup pods had a small puncture in it.

What a waste of money, I'll never stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.

Great Customer Service

Marques did an outstanding job for us. We arrived late from a delayed international flight. Marques quickly and easily walked our friends through a reservation mix-up and quickly got us checked into our rooms. We got fast food on our way to the airport and found out upon arrival at the hotel we received no condiments with our order. Marques quickly hooked us up with condiments from the hotel upon request. I really appreciate everything Marques did for us after a long trip. Outstanding customer service, Marques!
