Decent hotel, mediocre service

On check-in, we discovered that there were no sheets for the hide-a-bed sofa, called the front desk, no answer, so I went down and got sheets. At breakfast, there was an empty spot where the pancake machine should have been, no hot eggs, gravy a bit dried like it had been out overnight, no orange juice, a sign for cinnamon rolls but none out. The staff member who should have been taking care of the breakfast was standing at the front desk chatting with the staff there, not wearing a mask. On checkout we asked if they had bottled water for IHG members and were told no, their cooler was broken. Not actually bad, but not what I expected.
