Nice clean hotel staff very nice and help full nice pool

This place needs a good cleaning- hallway floors have not been swept for a while- walked in to my room floor was slippery I almost fell down- there was a room key in my bathroom already and a few hairs in my sink. Breakfast buffet was horrible- not much to choose from at all and the general eating area was dirty. I will not be back.

$280 a night? This was the dirtiest property I’ve been to in my 17 years as an IHG Member. Clutter in the halls grimey bathrooms. Breakfast was broken or not replenished. I will not be returning

Stayed overnight for a local soccer tournament. Room dirty upon arrival. Wet dog smell. Dirty towels. Bathroom stall with hair all over walls. Bed sheets were dirty. I could not sleep on it with my children. Staff excuse “room was quickly cleaned”. Asked for new bed sheets. Literally cleaned the beds myself (Thankfully I always hv Lysol). My friend still had clothes hanging in their closet and trash. Stay elsewhere. Not sure how this is considered IHG. Only offered 3k points for troubles smh
