I can’t say less but this hotel is spectacular.
I would recommend to friends and family anytime anyday.

I wrote a lengthy negative review from the first week of June where we were yelled at by the front desk clerk when the shuttle did not come after 30 minutes and then she hung up on us at the airport. My review was never posted or reviewed. No apology from anyone. I will rethink my IHG Platinum Elite card and will be finding a better alternative to IHG in the future. This location was good but our room faced the expressway and it was very loud. The staff the next morning were nice and polite but there was such a bad taste left from the night before, I will NEVER stay here again.
Rude Front Desk Clerk, Noisy Room

On our arrival on June 3, we called for the airport shuttle and waited about 25 minutes after watching other hotel shuttles come and go. When I called back, the front desk clerk said "You're in the wrong place!" and I told her I was not, I was looking at the sign for where I was told to be. She yelled at me, "He is there right now" and I said "No, he's not" and she hung up on me! About a minute later he drove up. She was extremely rude upon check in and gave us the worst possible room facing the expressway. She never smiled and just hateful. The next morning breakfast was fine and everyone at the front desk was so pleasant, especially the young woman upon checkout. I told her that I was met with a completely different attitude that the previous afternoon and I appreciated it. I am a Platinum Elite member and I've never experienced this at an IHG hotel. I would not recommend anyone staying here.

Great staff aground from the front desk, who gave a fantastic recommendation for a run, to the shuttle bus drivers. Highly recommend to stay here on long stopovers at Newark.

Very bad . Staff is awful , hotel rooms dirty , carpet smells like old , dog waste . Bathroom doors broken , air conditioner sucks , TV not working
New hotel but poor services

As a diamond member, I got a very poor check in experiences. No mentioned of my membership what so ever, kept me waiting for a long time etc. Everything else followed up was fine, but this check in experience ruined it. Overall a newly renovated hotel, close to airport.
Unreliable shuttle service

We specifically asked desk staff about return shuttle from the airport. We were told it was on the quarter and three quarter hour 24/7. We were NOT told to call the hotel to summon the shuttle. Arrived at pickup location at a little before 9 expecting shuttle at 9:15 on a cold evening after a long flight. Waited 45 minutes while watching shuttles from every other hotel stop for pickups at least twice. Considering the unreliable shuttle and the inconvenience, I would not chose this hotel again.
