Dirty room and drunk employee

The hotel itself was a nice building and the front desk staff were pleasant and professional. The breakfast choices were great and we really enjoyed the breakfast staff. On the second day of our stay, the housekeeping didn't replenish the towels after they took them. They also didn't really clean the room. My 7 year old granddaughter could've done a better job. I really was disappointed in the fact that an employee rode the elevator up and down obviously intoxicated and slurring her words. She got so drunk, she took her pants off and urinated on herself in the elevator! My young grandchildren shouldn't have to experience that at all! She was at work the next morning as if nothing happened! I'm seriously surprised she wasn't fired and her actions were tolerated.
