Disappointing

This property is well below normal HIE standards. General lack of cleanliness, in need of renovation. Breakfast buffet was very weak, out of most food items.

Estuve 4 días hospedada con mi familia en este holiday inn en Dallas, Tx..ya que hemos sido clientes de sus hoteles por más de 30 años y hasta ahora habíamos estado plenamente satisfechos con esta cadena de hoteles .. pero en esta ocasión, mi hija olvido su laptop en la habitación.. se dio cuenta de esto ya cuando estábamos en el aeropuerto … Estuvimos llamando para pedirles que la checaran y ver la manera de recuperarla, pero no nos contestaron durante dos días… cuando por fin contestaron nos dijeron que no había nada en la habitación .. es una pena que en un hotel como este, sucedan este tipo de cosas, porque prácticamente nos la robaron y el personal del hotel no hizo nada por apoyarnos a recuperarla ..

Worst IHG property I have ever stayed at.
Clerk named Maria was rude and was not wearing a mask. The room key didn’t work and she refused to send a new key up, told me I have to go downstairs and get it. I waited 20 minutes to get a new key. Half of the lighting on the second floor was out. Room was not clean. Stains on the floor, strong chemical smell, no sink stopper and I even saw ant swarmers in the bathroom.
I asked for new towels and Maria carried them out with her sweaty arm and hand. Just disgusting.
When I asked her for a hairdryer because my room doesn’t have one, she said “there’s nothing I can do about that, people take them”. You don’t have one single spare hairdryer for the entire hotel? Unbelievably bad experience.
Also didn’t receive any welcome amenity points as a platinum member. Maria said “I don’t know how to give you points. Just grab a drink from the fridge. What are they gonna do? Fire me? They asked me to come back.”

Terrible Service. Cleanliness no.

We had stayed at this hotel before several times. This time it was the worst hotel I have ever been in. We were there because daughter had surgery. When we checked in to get a clean room we moved three times. The one we settled on was not clean. Horrible. Horrible place and cleaning people were rude. Don’t stay at this place. I could go on and on.
