The quality of the room was very unacceptable--throughout my stay I saw bugs roaming in my room and bathroom, the carpet was absolutely disgusting and dirty in my room and throughout the hotel, and the mattress box was also in filthy shape. My room's refrigerator was leaking, and we had to call in maintenance to get that fixed the next day.
For the price that I was paying on a nightly basis, I expected, at the minimum, a clean hotel room. The hotel needs to do a better job of maintaining its standards and cleanliness, as the quality made it seem like a low star motel. When I reported it to the front desk, they acknowledged the state of their hotel, but it seems like they weren't planning on making any changes. Management needs to do a better job of the quality and cleanliness of the hotel, and I will never again stay at or recommend Holiday Inn Express hotels because of this experience.

I posted a complaint when I was promised a king room and got a queen, room key timed out first thing in the morning for me as well as other guests and the cable did not work in the room. What I received from hotel management was "sorry for your inconvenience, we will talk with our staff".
Not a good way to resolve an issue, in fact there has been no resolution. This is not a good way to convince people that you appreciate their loyalty to your brand.

Very Nice Stay and Conveniently Located

Stayed at this location recently during my son's Baseball tournament. Conveniently located near the different High Schools in the Clovis & Fresno area where we played. Very clean room. Was pleased with the service at this location. Friendly staff GM Kyung was very helpful during our stay. Free breakfast was great & convenient to get a quick bite before our early games...….Thank you.

Was greeted by very friendly staff, check in was quick and I was in my room within minutes. The ease of getting to and from the airport (as I was in town for business) was exceptional. The complimentary shuttle service was at the ready at the pickup of the phone.
Very wide variety at breakfast, as travelling often for work I am used to the fruit/toast options. This hotel had an excellent selection of various breakfast items.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to this area. The care and kindness of the staff, partnered with the quality of the rooms is unmatched. Thank you, Holiday Inn of Clovis for a fantastic experience!!!!

Our room was spacious and clean. The front desk was helpful, friendly and informative. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The breakfast choices were extensive and of good quality.
