I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past year however this stay was not a positive one!
1. Coffee maker not working - I called the desk one early morning about it - Not fixed. Called the desk again when I got back from work - informed them it was not fixed - please fix while I am at work the following day - still not working!!!
2. My last night - ZERO TV - that was not working either. When I get finished with work I like to watch TV and relax a bit. Not working - the front desk said all were not working!!!
Not a positive experience.
I hope I get some kind of response.

As someone who spends many days on the road and staying often in Holiday Inn Express I would like to complement the management and staff at this location as being one of the Best I have stayed. I grew up in the Hotel business and it was always said to make your guests feel welcome, at home, and comfortable. You far exceeded my expectations and I will see you on another trip!!!

My family and i came for vacation here on July 23 2021 we stayed until July 29. the hotel staff and everyone were so kind and a very nice hotel. We had a great time in Covington town square and seeing all the sights,. I would highly recommend this hotel, its very nice and clean and all the staff were friendly and courteous.. It has everything you need close by. I hope to plan another vacation really soon. Had an awesome time.
Rates are too high for a 2-Star IHG Property

This hotel's rates are too high. Also, it does not offer good points + cash rates to its Rewards Club Members! That shows that they prefer not to have guests in their hotel that uses this method of payment. This hotel is a 2-Star IHG Property and offers rates that are indicative of 3 and 4 Star properties with the IHG Brand or Flag.

Being a gold elite member I have stayed a few Holiday Inn's. I encountered the most helpful and polite staff I have ever seen. They were on point with everything I needed being a older person some time we need a little extra help. A wonderful young lady Tatianna was right there willing to help and doing it with a smile. A big thank you to her and the world needs more like you.

I have nothing but good to say about this hotel , Staff was great , even when my granddaughter accidently broke a bottle of juice in the room the desk clerks Tatianna and Shaina came to the room and cleaned it up and was very understanding and patient with the situation. I know my granddaughter felt really bad and they reassured us it happens and it is ok.
The hotel is beautiful and clean, close to covington square and Conyers which were our main destinations.
Breakfast was fresh and hot. Pool was warm and clean.
