Pool was arctic!!

Do not pick this motel for the pool. It was FREEZING! So cold that our kids were not able to use it! We asked four different times and were told that they would ask. Very disappointed!!!
Beds were fantastic! Lights would flicker on and off and there are no USB outlets in the room so bring a charger box!!
Breakfast was not up to HIE normal standards. No pancakes or waffles. They ran out of things each day of our stay.
We will be reevaluating our hotel choice for our next stay in Dallas!

As far as the hotel, area, cleanliness and comfort this hotel is on par with the standard associated with holiday inn. Its really great area for food, shopping and convenience.
The problem is with the staff and their abilities and level of training, specifically the early morning staff. I drive a semi truck and had to leave out in the wee hours of the morning ( 4am ). At checkout there was an unpaid 2.17$ charge left open. The front desk clerk took my personal debit card info and changed the payment method causing the entire stay to be charged to my debit card not my corporate credit card.
I sat in the lobby trying to get this resolved for 2 hours. I was assured that the charges to my debit card had been reversed. As we all know it will be 3-5 business days before I receive my funds back.
I called the hotel back later on in the day to speak with the front end manager and she was very aggressive and hostile. She told me there was nothing she could or would do to help me and suggested “ you should really budget your money better” .
So if you pay for everything with one payment only and only use cash to buy items from the pantry this hotel will be awesome.

We arrived late and the kids couldn't wait to get in the pool. I was concerned the pool was going to be closed, but to our surprise, the pool is 24 hours!!! This was a huge perk for us. The front desk was not only friendly, but engaged in conversation with my rowdy kids who had just spent 5 hours in the car. Everything was clean, everyone was friendly, overall great stay.

I stay in Holiday Inn Express hotels often. This one is one of the best I've every stayed in. The room was big and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I was extremely pleased with my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. The location was great also. There are pleny restaurants and shopping near by.

Comfortable stay at a convenient location. I usually stay at Holiday Inn / Holiday Inn Express for business and am rarely disappointed.

Be forewarned this property charges $10 extra per person per night for 2 people. Have never stayed in a hotel where they charged this for only 2 people. Also, in accessible room, shower head was horrible. Could hardly get soap off body with use. Definitely needs to be replaced. Staff was excellent, though.

I really felt comfortable at my stay in the Holiday inn Express. The continential breakfast was excellent as well as the friendliness of the staff.

Upon our arrival we were grated with all respect. Our rooms were available expect for one of them. We understand we arrived about 40 minutes after check in but its ok. The rest of our stay was great. Rooms were cleaned daily and the ambient was good.
Best for Cowboys Games!

Great place to stay and within walking distance to restraunts.
only thing we don't like is the smoking allowed at the front
entrance to the hotel.
Not good for our small grand children to enhale second hand smoke
