my stay june 26 2021..our room and other quest rooms were not ready due to shortage in staff. Angela Graham General Manager came in on her off day. Angela walked in with a smile explained what was going on..offering water to drink and kept us updated as rooms became available. I use to work in customer service and i am aware how customers are handled..Angela can go on tour and teach what customer service is she was a rock star of the day..I did not hear one person complain while I waited for my room..I stayed one night. next day at breakfast..Angela was in the lobby greeting people with good morning and making sure our breakfast was set up. I have stayed at a lot IHG properties..this one is my favorite.Good location..accessible to freeway and other restaurant. Clean and excellent staff
