Breakfast was pretty poor. The food options were minimal. One morning the only drink option they had was the milk that was set aside for coffee.
They did not provide any of the complimentary items they are supposed to for rewards members.

Overall great location and service. First of many stops to see NE foliage and visit fort/historical sites. Other stops will include other Holiday Inn operations for points of comparasions.

Staff was excellent, room was outstanding and breakfast hit the spot to help start out a long day at West Point! Overall, an outstanding stay!

Confusion at check in as our nights were prepaid with points. I still received a bill the next day (same problem) but it was remedied by the manager. No mention of Priority Club membership (no free water ect.) but that is a recurring theme. Very clean. Great BBQ just across the parking lot. Great housekeeping

Easy access to everything. Very clean, fresh , bright! Rooms clean, looks new, AC worked wonderful, Beds so comfortable. It was a very busy weekend and the hotel was FULL, so the staff was very busy. Have to say everyone was helpful and very friendly, from the front desk, breakfast buffet staff, to house keeping. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone...
My parents got a Handicap room and it was more then we expected. The shower area was huge for a wheel chair to roll in to the king size bed...
