Spider in my room

Found a huge spider in my bathroom. Luckily Im not afraid of spider but can be have a bad reaction if I happen to bite if I hadn't found. Not sure how that spider got there but very disappointed as I have the hotel a business of ,$1200.00. when I called to report it the way it was handled was very poor and they sent a maintenance guy asking if I wanted my room fumigated. And I'm like. Is this a joke.
