The hotel and staff are great! The staff is always very friendly, rooms are always clean, and breakfast is the best I have seen! I have made this my hotel of choice when I travel to Macon. Close to shopping and restaurants.
Several issues

While it was clean, we had several issues. 1) we had to go ask for k-cup pods and no one seemed to know where to get them. And 2) The coffee pot didn’t work.
3) The tv didn’t work . Couldn’t use the remote? Had to turn on by the tv, on the tv. Wouldn’t change channels, even by hand. Wouldn’t change volume. 4) Room phone was hooked up wrong. When I finally got it working I couldn’t get anyone to answer. 5) didn’t ask if I was a rewards member so I didn’t get my points.

We stayed twice during our trip to Florida. Both coming and going we left very early. Desiree was so wonderful and helpful each time. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism. I would stay here again because of her.

We recently completed a short road trip with stays at multiple Holiday Inn properties. This property earned our highest praise! Knowing that we would arrive in the early afternoon, we requested an early check in if available. When we arrived, Jennifer greeted us and asked for our name. She recognized our name immediately and it was obvious that she was expecting us, had a room ready, and was ready to welcome us well before the standard check-in time. After getting settled in our room, we left to explore the area. On our way out, Jennifer encouraged us to "have fun!" Her cheerful and upbeat personality truly made us feel welcome and made a positive difference throughout our stay. Of course, everyone we encountered here was friendly and helpful as well. Our time here was well spent and we would highly recommend this property.
