Horrible cleanliness

My wife, 2 month old and I got in our room and took a look around, there was long and short black hairs all over the sheets, pillows, floor,bathroom counter, sink, and shower. Hand prints on the mirror and inside door handles. The remote had the plastic wrap on it to show it was sanitized but when I took off the plastic there was barbecue sauce on the end. Coffee machine was not cleaned. Front desk said some one would come but didn't. Until I had to ask again 2 hours later. The card keys failed twice. The new sheets we were given also had hair on them.

Check in staff was good, cleanliness was good and overall stay was ok! My disappointment is when I called the hotel and asked if they could retrieve my fitbit that I forgot in the room. I was told they would look and when I called back they simply said it wasn’t there. I have a tracker on it so I knew it was at the hotel. Then I tracked it to several locations around the city over a few days and back to the hotel several times. Quite suspicious!! So, if you decide to stay here make sure you don’t forget anything in your room!!

First of all, the room and hotel is clean and comfortable. But, do not forget anything in your room after check out because there may be a finders keepers rule, lol. I forgot my fitbit, so I called the hotel several times. The room was empty between my stay and my call and the last place I seen the fitbit was in my room. Anyways, I have a tracker on it and the day I called the hotel it was still there, then the next day it was at different locations in town and then the next day or so it was back at the hotel. I was told by one hotel staff member to contact RNC but seriously, who really wants to use their resources for something like this. I don’t even want the thing back at this point but it would have been nice if the manager called me back but nope!! I should add that I am not accusing anyone specifically, just stating facts. So basically, it’s a nice hotel but just remember if you stay here don’t forget anything of value in your room!!

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room had everything we needed and the breakfast was good.
