We booked multiple rooms for ourselves and our wedding guest and everyone said this was by far one of the best hotel experiences they had ever had. Kim at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and make us not only feel like valued customers but also like family. Sherry in sales was also amazing to work with and was there to help us problem solve when our rehearsal dinner almost got rained out. Every staff member we encountered was helpful, kind, and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable! The rooms were great, everyone raved about how comfortable the beds were, and the coffee was excellent! 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Ashley and Kristie were absolutely amazing. Their efforts to accomodate me after my reservation was accidentally cancelled were the standard for excellent customer service. You should feel proud to have them both on your team.
Reservation Error Turns Into Upgrade

I hate the smell of stale tobacco smoke, and yet somehow my reservation reflected no preference for whther my room was a smoking or non-smoking room and I was therefore assigned a smoking room. After complaining to the front desk clerk that I would never leave "No Preference" in that field intentionally, he informed me that the hotel was full and there were no non-smoking rooms available. After I checked out the room and found the smell was overpowering, I went back to the front desk and he told me a non-smoking "Accessible" room had come available. I took it and had a pleasant stay.

The room I checked into was not what I had reserved. When I made the reservation, it was for a 2 queen suite (advertised with sleeper sofa). When I got checked in, there was no sleeper sofa/suite. I was too tired from my trip to argue about this and since we only had four people in our party, the 2 queens were adequate. When I was ready to leave, there was no bill under the door so I had to go and ask for one. -- I've stayed in many Holiday Inn Express hotels over the years, and this is not something that I would expect from a highly rated hotel. I would not return to this hotel again.

the rooms are great, however the noise from the highway can interupt a good night sleep

We stayed here for a night while travelling on Vacation. The hotel looked very high end and was extremely comfortable and clean. Guest services was attentive to our needs and responded quickly. I am going to stay here from now on!

upon arrival I was greeted by a nice receptionist and greeted as a gold member. The lobby was clean and inviting. They upgraded me to a better room and when I entered the room it was awesome! I had a fridge and a coffee maker which is important to me. The TV was perfect for the size of the room and the room smelled good. Overall experience was very good and I would recommend to anyone traveling to this area.

Paul at front desk, greeted us by name. Was pleasant and helpful. We were just staying overnight on the way to Holmes county, Ohio. Would stay there again.

The room was very clean and the moment i entered i remembered feeling so relaxed and just cozy.. The atmosphere was very welcomeing.The bathroom was very clean soft comfortable towels.. I very much enjoyed my stay.
