床垫和枕头非常好，网络很差

与2012年入住时候相比，无线网络差了很多。而且没有有线网络。上网体验很差。早餐与上次一样，新鲜并且有较多选择。枕头和床垫体验非常好。

One of the best HI Express that I ever seen. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The bedding is all super nice, soft and comfortable.

Th location of this hotel was brilliant as it was a 5mins walk to the shuttle that took us to Ozyegin University.The Capitol Shopping Mall was about 7mins walk from the hotel.The bus and taxi stands are all in close proximity.
The breakfast is good with a variety of fresh fruits , olives andcheese.
The front desk staff always wore a welcoming smile and helped us with whatever info. we needed regarding ferry, taxi and metro.
The rooms were small but very clean , and after a long and tiring day we always looked forward to a good night's sleep in their comfortable beds.
Iam definitely coming back here again.

I've stayed a number of times the staff were always friendly and courteous, brekky was great and most importantly rooms were very clean and beds comfy!:)
Would recommend without hesitation.
Comfortable but breakfast needs more effort

Staff and Service is well. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Hygiene is ok and room cleaning service is adequate. Vegetables in the breakfast buffet are not fresh. Croissants are baked early in the morning. Filter coffee is tasty but they are brewing it only once early in the morning so if you prefer your breakfast lately in the morning coffee they will not fresh.

I like the staff who are very helpfull, smiling and problem solver. They were be able to solve any issue with a positive approach. Also breakfast was good enough and good auqlity for the price.
Comfort if few more basic facilities are added

The experience and stay was good with warm and helpful staff
but need to add few more basic items
In room safe -- to lock and keep valuable/ documents
Stand/ small table to keep the bag at a height, to convenience taking out / stuffing things into luggage--now have to keep it on floor--very very inconvenient
Breakfast -- needs to add variety -- Earlier used to serve soup, now stopped-- add more items, especially for Vegetarians like Muesli, cheese with herbs / marinated etc
