this is our second stay

I wanted to let write this review so everyone know how thing can change at a hotel in just one year. Last year we stayed at the Troy Ohio Holiday Inn Express and it was a great experience .This year June 28th we stayed again and it was not so enjoyable. The staff was not pleasant for one.I had requested a handicap room. When we got close to Troy we called to confirm the early check in and also reminded them I needed a handicap room. And when we got there and checked in it was not a handicapped room. When I question them about it they said they ran out of those rooms. The breakfast was good that is the only positive thing I have to say.
Hope it gets better next year but I will let you know.

Very friendly courteous staff

I enjoyed my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Troy, Ohio. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others in my company.

Overall stay was very nice and met my expectations. Staff was very attentive and friendly to all my needs and questions. Room was a little outdated and carpet could use replacing as soon as possible. Breakfast bar was great, and the hostess was very friendly and helpful. Will definitly look at staying at this hotel again when in the area. Great job guys...!!!

The room was very comfortable and clean, which enabled us to relax and get a great nights sleep. A little pricey, but we got what we paid for.

I spend about 45 weeks a year on the road and have stayed at many hotels. I have found that Holiday Inn Express hotels are by far the most consistent. I have stayed at several of your locations in several different states, and I am always pleased to find one that is near where I am working.

The Holiday Inn Express in Troy Ohio exceeds the incredibly high expectations that I now have of their hotels. The Staff is simply the best. They are friendly, polite, and always make you feel incredibly welcome. I have been staying at this location for several months now and I am always happy to come back. This is by far my favorite hotel as they make me feel at home when I'm away from mine.
