I stay in a lot of hotels and this stay was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The front desk staff is not friendly. Quite honestly, they couldn’t care less if you are there or not. They don’t even greet you when you walk in or walk out. We were there for 3 days and had a good amount of time to kill with my children. The pool was closed for construction and we asked if we could go to the hotel next door (that is owned by the same people) but the response was “no, we cannot accommodate.” They said that we were told when we booked the room (which we were not because I specifically was trying to decide which hotel to book and neither had that info) and at checkin (what exactly am I supposed to do at that point when my reservations were booked for months?!?) Very disappointed in this hotel. We will stay somewhere in the future where we are appreciated.
Manager unreasonable

This reservation was made through a third party for 3 nights and prepaid. We were in town for training and finished early.
We asked to check out a day early and were expecting a return for the one night that we would not
be staying. The manager on duty refused to negotiate any kind of return on our couple of hundred nightly cost.
This isn't what I consider customer service.
So needless to say, we won't be staying here again or at any other Holiday Inn Express in the future.
CLEAN ROOM AND GREAT SERVICE

We stayed here 9 nights. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Our maid, Bronia, was very professional and kept our room spotless! The breakfast was a great way to start the day---excellent variety. Nice work-out room, and friendly staff.
The hotel is in an excellent location with great restaurant choices. We will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express when we return to Wadsworth.

Enjoyed 3 nights at the Wadsworth HIE and the hotel met expectations for the Holiday Express Inn experience. I was impressed with the staff and management. An emphasis seems to be in place to maintain a quiet and clean environment for guests.
Our family will definitely continue to use this hotel on visits to the area.
Weekends include special treats for guests. thank you.

Perhaps adding an additional egg dish - quiche or similar item with more flavor. Those eggs are pretty bland
I didn't notice if oatmeal was available
Chobani Yogurt being available is a big plus for us gluten free folks

Hotel is very clean, hotel staff were very nice and helpful and made sure I was satisfied with my check in and quality of room. Happy hour starts at 5 every week night, that was nice after a very stressful day of flying. I will be staying here again.

Very nice hotel. I was early and they didn't only get me a room they also up-grated me. The hotel is clean and provided me a good nights sleep.

We love to stay here when in Cleveland/Akron area for convenience to highways, near family. The offerings at the breakfast is ok for fruit and yogurt (really like that you wrap the apples) but yucky sausage. Wish we had bacon on the weekends, too.
Also, our room had a "funky" smell to it when we first walked in. Maybe the carpet near the door was sour?
My biggest gripe was an extra charge for a rollaway bed. Really??

Extremely clean rooms with comfortable beds. Popsicles were a welcome treat.
