I have been staying here for several years when in ZZ. The staff is attentive and friendly, and I like the area (except for the current construction in the area, but welcome to China - it comes with the territory). really do feel at home here, when in Zhengzhou.

like every Holiday Inn Express, the services and facilities are good, though the TV works not so well, but generally it will be a good choice for business trip.

有接机的服务，这个很方便。办理了会员卡后还有赠送小礼物，很贴心。房间很干净，隔着街晚上也不吵！！！！！！

郑州智选假日酒店地理位置很好，交通方便，酒店服务员热情，服务很好。不过目前门口在修路，出行会有些不方便，不如以前好打车。

无论是入住的大堂，前台的接待，房间的布置，房间内的设施和用品，餐厅的环境，食物的搭配，客房的服务，整体感觉非常舒适，相关服务人员态度很好

因为是假期带孩子出门，所以要了大床房，但是大床房的大床我认为并没有达到我对“大床房”的要求。
房间物品是十分整洁的，电源也十分充足。枕头按照不同人的需求十分贴心。
服务人员按照我的个人需要及时的满足了我的需求。
早餐很丰富，只有肉类有点偏咸。个人口味不是十分习惯。水果很重要，种类有点偏少。
一切都不错，就是有个奇怪的问题

楼上的房间的声音，听得清清楚楚。
隔壁之间隔音还不错。
早餐不错，
还有健身房可以用，这可能是独一无二的智选假日了。

热情周到，很好，第一次到郑州，空气不好，所以心情不好，到了酒店，前台CHECKIN很快，印像不错，房间很干净，卫生间比较旧了，建议要重新装修了，总体来说，还不错！

人员提供的服务还是很好的，只是酒店房间的设施比较陈旧，淋浴间的龙头没有假日的大流量，不够舒服。大厅内抽烟的人多，而且休息区安排非常不合理。

前台，网管的服务热情周到。由于周边施工，造成出行不便，但地理位置较好。设施不算齐全，浴袍和剃须刀需要打电话到前台索取。但屋内干净整洁，比较满意。网络经常会断线，希望改进。

总体满意。酒店设施还不错，早餐相对于智选来说也算不错了，酒店员工非常友善，无论是前台，房间服务员还是餐厅服务员都体现了很好的素质。
