Direction from City Center to Hotel: North
Fort Pillow State Park is a magnificent destination for our Covington, TN hotel's guests who love history. The park has exquisitely preserved the American Civil War site of the Battle of Fort Pillow. Visitors can go camping, picnicking and fishing here.
During their stay, there is one thing that our hotel's guests learn: in the Memphis, TN area, barbecue is king. In late September, Covington plays host to the annual "World's Oldest Barbecue Festival." It is a great family event; just don't eat too much!
Don't Go Home Without
You certainly cannot be this close to Memphis and not actually visit at least a few attractions that the birthplace of Rock and Roll has to offer. Whether it's the Memphis Zoo, the blues clubs or the iconic Graceland, Memphis has something for everyone.
Our hotel's location in the north Memphis, TN area puts us right in between I-55 and I-40. If you are journeying to St. Louis or Nashville, Covington's peaceful atmosphere makes it a great pit stop. You won't be bothered with the noise of the big city.
