The entire hotel had no hot water. The staff just told me to let the water run for 5-10 minutes. This did not work. Ice cold shower was not good. The staff just told me they were sorry and they would have to look into it. I sat and watched as people checked out and everyone complained about no hot water.
We will never stay here again!

Nice, clean little property in northwest Omaha. Called the front desk regarding a light fixture that was never followed-up on. Aside from that, great property that I'll use again.
Bed Bugs

The hotel staff is very kind and the hotel itself presents as clean and tidy. HOWEVER. When myself and my seven year old son were checking out we were gathering our things and I ALWAYS check the bed . When I did I noticed bed bug. Scales that they fed on us were present in the sheets as well. When they feed they shed what looks like a skin or scale, which allows them to grow to the next stage in their life cycle . So unfortunately we had to strip out of our clothes in our garage when we got home , leave everything outside and then I had to spray my car and everything with bed bug spray. (Clothes bagged and sealed and placed in hot dryer then washed ). We were just trying to enjoy a zoo weekend in Omaha but I will never again stay here.
