the worst service

I stayed at this hotel back in April and was charged twice for 2 rooms when I only booked 1 rooms for 2 nights. I spoke to the manager Linda and she told me that the front desk employee made a mistake and booked me for 2 rooms and it showed that I was a no show for the second room even tho I was in fact there. I was charged another 363.60 for that. She told me back in April that she will look into it and call me back and she never did. We are now in June and the problem has not been resolved, in fact it got worse. I work long hours so I am unable to call as often so I asked my wife to call them. My wife started calling them last week and spoke with Ariel. Ariel reassured her and told her that she will have the regional manager call her this past Monday but he never did. My wife had to call yet again, at this point extremely frustrated as she has a right to be since its been 2 months, and Ariel started hanging up the phone on her as she was speaking. My wife called back again yesterday and finally spoke to Linda again and all Linda did was lie and say she never spoke to me in April and also hung up the phone on my wife multiple times. Linda did say that she will call the district manager and he will call me today and he never did. My wife calls them today with me on phone and Ariel tells her that they spoke to the owner and the owner stated that they can't speak to my wife anymore and she hung up the phone on her on more time while my wife was trying to tell her that im on the phone as well to speak to them. I called them back myself and Ariel tells me that Linda is out the building and went to the bank. We are extremely and highly frustrated and angry with how this situation has been handled. This is the worst customer service we have ever had. It is now June 16th and we have no answers or a refund.

Unable to Sleep

The Hotel itself was clean and acceptable, unfortunately the staff was unable to keep other guests from being rude and loud. The room above us was VERY loud until after 1 am. We were a family with small children trying to sleep for an early morning event in the area. After 2 complaints the staff was still unable to quiet them. Even with the complaints the staff didn't offer us any discounts on our stay even though I am a IHG rewards club member. Also the fruit in the breakfast was old. We were here with a group for that event and others in our party had their room messed up (booked for wrong dates and at wrong rates etc..) it just seemed the staff is not very well trained or considerate. I would have expected a discount at checkout for having to complain about noise especially since they make all guests sign a "no party" agreement at check in. The staff seemed rude about this. When I checked out I was not even asked "how my stay was," I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else and will not stay here in the future. Customer service is key and this staff just didn't have it.
