Enjoyed our stay!!!

We went to visit our daughter at Hofstra University.
We had a relaxing and comfortable stay! Yes, the room was small but just the right size for my hubby and me!
The bed was super comfy (I wasn't feeling well and had to stay in bed for 1 full day)! The room was clean! The staff was helpful!
The hotel was located in a very nice area with an upscale shopping mall near.
ONLY issue we had was the elevator went out the morning we were leaving.
We would stay here again!
Another complaint... I wish the TV was able to connect to services like Netflix, Prime, Etc.
Also, I didn't get recognition as an IHG Rewards Member.
