When I checked in I gave the representative a different card to put the room on. A $10 hold was put on that card, however the room was still charged to the card that they had on file, which they told me they removed. I called and left a message on the 22nd for the manager on duty to complain about this and never got a return call.
Bagged Breakfast was very weak, other Hotel my daughter stayed at is still doing custom breakfast, cooked to order.
Hotel is very new, so still very clean. I did not see a single employee wearing a mask while I was there. Was not happy about that.
