It is easy to find a good Holiday Inn Express. They abound. This one is top of the line from the front desk staff (loads of fun and very helpful and official), to the clean environment, to the room[More] and bed and to the excellent breakfast. The morning breakfast staff was so so helpful and courteous. This was our "best stay" on our nine day vacation. The only problem is that the site is on a side parallel road and is hidden by other new tall construction. The motel does not have any sign on the main road to help you make your turn. You have to look hard between buildings or you will miss it on your first try. It is well worth the stay. Great location for food and activities, also.[Less]
Friendly staff, beautiful new building
Our favorite thing was the new walk-in-shower. Gone are the days of having to get into a bathtub to take a shower! Well done![Less]
Great, newer hotel. Modern. Clean. But the breakfast available was the worst food ever! Hot dishes but tasted terrible...couldn't even eat it. And...no breakfast meat even! For the $273 we spent for[More] a single night, we'd have thought the breakfast would be edible. Good thing there's a Waffle House close by.[Less]

Great Customer Service

Stayed at this hotel for a week. Excellent customer service. Kelsey at the front desk is the "go to" guy. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The girls that handled the breakfast buffet[More] were awesome, as were the cleaning staff. Very close to anything you would need, shopping, restaurants, Starbucks. Would recommend to anyone needing "the comforts of home".[Less]
