Sorely disappointed!

Having stayed at several Indigo hotels in the UK and Europe, we were confident this would be a great experience. The room was seriously unclean. It was small with little or no storage, we could live with that but the standard of cleanliness was very poor by Indigo standards. The shower grout was pink with mildew, the floor made the soles of our feet black and the air con unit was THICK with dust.
We related our concerns to Michael the general manager. He assured us he would have our room deep cleaned and refunded our first night’s accommodation by way of an apology. We also pointed out there was no bar menu/price list and the breakfast menu did not reflect the actual selections on offer and we were given credit for breakfast with anything above the threshold incurring a charge. Fairly minor, yes, but we felt our stay fell well short of our expectations for an indigo hotel. Michael did also add 5000 reward points to our account but as our first night had been deducted, we had 2 nights rewards rather than 3. We also found the hotel to be lacking atmosphere and ambience. I really wish I could have said something positive!

The front desk help was excellent and very professional. The Senior staff member helped me even open the door. I received proper guidance and suggestions from front desk.
The room was very neat and get cleaned every day professionally. The room looked beautiful including the huge chair.
The bathroom is small in size but sufficient for one business person.

The Hotel is nice and service was A1, Jamari front desk clerk and the Hotel Manger was kind and made the stay pleasant. Being honest I believe the Hotel is probably more suited for couples as oppose to families but that's going off my opinion based on staying in a King standard room.

The staff Mike and Damon were super helpful in making our stay as nice as possible. Room was very comfortable, and yes bathrooms are small but was not a problem at all for me and my boyfriend. Great location within walking distance of so much. I would absolutely stay here again.

My King boutique room was so nice. Had a view of the famous Fox theater. I love the colors and decor in the room. There was also so many outlets to support all my electronics. I had the most amazing sleep and I was in heaven with that rain fall shower. The customer service was great and I will definitely stay at this location again and will also try other Indigo properties. I also received a personalized email from the general manager Gabriele to ask about my stay. This was a great surprise and very much appreciated. Indigo definitely exceeded my expectations.

Great stay wouldn't expect anything less. As always they do a great job. I love staying here.
