Received a smoking fee when I didn’t smoke at all. Said pictures of ashes were taken when the head of housekeeping cleaned the room. Well that must’ve been a different room or a set up because we didn’t smoke although we smelt smoke in the hallways. The hotel didn’t refund the fee and the bank didn’t approve the claim. I love to far away to go in person. But they need a better system for house keeping maybe have two people go together to verify the condition of the room or something. Do Not Stay Here.
