Staff was friendly & helpful. Low review is due to the property itself. The floors/ceilings seem to have no insulation at all. Every move the people above us made sounded like a herd of elephants stomping through the room. If you're a light sleeper, ask to stay on the 4th floor so no one is above you. The walls between rooms must be extra-insulated, we never heard a noise from any room around us EXCEPT the doors - every time housekeeping or a guest went in/out, the door closing mechanism slammed so hard that items on the counter/desk literally jumped. The air conditioning unit never held a solid temperature. The humidity caused everything in the room to be damp during our entire stay - towels never dried out completely.

The manager gave us a full refund once she realized how unhappy we were with our room and because we were only there about 3 hours and did not stay the night. Thank you!
