Hotel had bug problems kitchen sink back up dishwasher overflowed was told by front desk there was no maintenance on weekends tried to get extra towels had to wash towels in room due to no one being at front desk to ask front desk representative was no help with the problems in the room tried to get ahold of general manager up to this day still haven’t got a call back

Welcomed by a lovely lady at the desk. Room was nice. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Offered plenty of bathroom linens. ONLY ISSUE IS BEING BITEN WHILE SLEEPING. Am the only 1 to have been bitten. Days later and still itches. Not sure what bit me.

Update for previous review. All I’ll say is a stay 4 months ago, 2 doctor trips, it was bed bugs from here. Enough said

When I came in the door with my family, the front desk associate “Tory” said I’ll be right back. Left for five minutes while he was on the cell phone. Came back to the desk after 5 minutes, remained on the phone. He was on the phone for 5 more minutes and then checked us in. Later in the evening I called to get a late check out 1:00 PM and was told the hotel could not do that do to being completely booked. I requested the manager to contact me and Tory advised the manager will not be in until Monday. Stay here if you want, but the customer service is non-existent. Bathroom of the room is not clean and there are holes in the drywall of the ceiling. Basically stay in a IHG corporate hotel. This is not one. Always get burned by the privately owned hotels. On a good note...if you are in the area go visit Chicago Pizza. That place is awesome!
