The room had an odor, many stains on carpet, the AC didn't work correctly. There was no shower gel soap in the shower dispensary and no hand soap for the sink. The mirror in the bathroom was filthy had dirt all over it, had to take a wash cloth and wipe it off. The breakfast was subpar there were no bowls for cereal or oatmeal the pancake machine was broken. The lights and TV would blink off about every 30 mins and come right back on, not sure what was going on. I have stayed at this hotel for about 8 years and it has been getting worst. The room rate is inflated about $100 more on Steelers games weekends and you are not getting anything for the increase in price. As an IHG Platinum Elite Rewards Club member I was not treated like a member and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Easy to get into the city. Surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. Awesome breakfast options. It was an extremely busy weekend and the staff was extremely kind and professional. Only 2 cons, there was food left in the refrigerator and no pool

I travel a lot due to my job, I must say that I can always count on Holiday Inn Express to have a location that's close to wherever I'm going. This location is convenient and everything that you need is close by. When I stayed before @ this location I remember having a small refrigerator in my room unfortunately I didn't have one this time. Other than that I will stay @ this location again. The staff are always helpful and it's nice to be greeted by a smiling face in the morning and telling you to have a good day. The lady that works the breakfast area is always pleasant and has a smile. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

A wonderful weekend getaway to Pittsburgh where the hotel was clean and staff provided great service.

This Holiday Inn Express was great. The breakfast was awesome and much better than most place. Everything else was very nice too.

This is our second stay at this location, and we enjoyed it very much. The variety of restaurants and shops at the Waterfront is great. It is also convenient to downtown Pittsburgh, Kennywood Park, and many other local attractions.

Staff friendly, allowing us to check in early. Room was clean. Close to lots of stuff.
