Great hotel and staff!!! Will definitely recommend and come back to stay. The mattress was awesome and slept like a baby!

This property is a gem!!!! I booked through the internet, and I was very impressed with the property as well as the employees...
Very helpful in informing me of places to eat and things to do.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back when in the area.

Awesome Property

Stopped over to rest overnight during our journey back home. Rooms and staff were awesome. Made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Horrible

Bugs! We left and they told us they would refund our stay. That did not happen. They took our IHG points and never returned them. Tried calling and every option sends me back into the phone loop or to a voicemail box that is full. Do NOT stay here! So gross!!!! Disappointed this was an option on the IHG app.

Great hotel and customer service

I had a few issues with my first stay at this hotel, but the manager went above and beyond to resolve the situation and ensure that my next stay was great. I have never experienced such great customer service at a hotel! Second time around, my room was very clean, with everything in working order. The bedding here is of high quality, and honestly, this hotel has some of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. The room is stocked with everything you need for a short or long stay. Love that the hotel is pet friendly, and there is a nice walking path around a pond out back. Internet works great. The hotel is also in a great location, near a gas station and multiple shopping centers with everything you might need. Only suggestions for improvement are the water pressure, and smart TVs that let you log into your own Netflix/Amazon account, but these are minor flaws. Overall a great hotel!!

Poor Customer Service

When I checked in I had to wait for the front desk clerk to show up. I felt like I was bothering her. I asked to be billed weekly because I was on a work trip and didn't know when it would end. She told me the manager was the only one who could do that. I explained that I did not want to pay for 3 months all at once. She told me the manager would call me tomorrow. I went up to my room and started to unpack. The Freezer had what looked like a soda had froze and burst in it. Also the dishwasher had all the dishes in it, but they were dirty. So I went down to the front desk and showed pictures to the staff. She told me they could not move me because they were full. I asked if housekeeping could come clean it and she told me she was the only one there and handed me some cleaning wipes and a small towel. It was late, so I cleaned the freezer myself and ran the dishwasher. I noticed that I only had 1 bath towel so I went back down and asked for some wash cloths and towels. Again I felt like she was being bothered by the eye roll I received. The next day after work I asked for the manager and she told me he left. I explained that I was expecting a call from him and never received it. She said I should try calling him and gave me his number. I decided that I was not going to stay at this hotel after that week so I went down to tell her I would be checking out on Friday and I wanted reservation changed. She told me to just check out on the day I wanted and they will take care of it. I explained that I was worried I had to give 24 hrs notice. She replied " Just check out on Friday" I called IHG and explained my troubles, They made sure my reservation was fixed and said the manager would call me in the morning. Well the manager did call and tried to get me to stay and I explained that I would not stay there after the Dirty room and the Staff. He offered me 50,000 points for my troubles and corrected my bill. I have not seen my points but he did correct my bill.

Don't Stay Here....Poor Customer Service

I was planning on spending 3 months here for work.. I am an Elite Member so I should have gotten an upgrade. When I checked in I felt like I was bothering the front desk girl. I went back down to let her know my refrigerator was dirty, the freezer looked like a soda exploded in it. Also the dishes were not clean in the dish washer. She told me they were full ( They were not) so she could not change rooms. I asked if housekeeping could clean it, She handed me 3 wipes and an old towel to and said that Housekeeping was gone and she couldn't leave the desk. Now I waited over 5 minutes at the desk for her to help check me in. I also told her I would like to be billed weekly not the entire 3 months at once. She told me I would have to talk to the manager, I asked that she have him call me. . I ran the dishwasher and cleaned out the freezer, The next day I asked for a few wash cloths and towels as my room only had 1 towel. I also asked for Forks but was told I would have to wait for housekeeping the next day. So I decided to change my stay to end on that Friday. She told me to just check out early. I explained that I didn't want any problems because I didn't give 24 hours notice. She said just check out early. I called IGH to make sure I could cancel the remaining stay and they helped me. Still waiting for the manager to call me. The next day the manager did call and I explained the issues to him. He seemed upset that the Front Desk was so lazy and was more interested in visiting with the people in the Lobby. He told me he was going to credit my account and Give me 50,000 points for my troubles. I have never seen the points but found a better option at the local Holiday Inn Express. The Customer Service at this Hotel was terrible. Lazy people should not work the front desk.

Awful

I moved to this property because the prior IHG hotel was bad. This place is awful and surprised it meets any of the IHG standards (apparently IHG continues to lower expectations). Got to my room and upon inspection found the carpet to have some type of mold or other substance (see attached pic)? I went to the front desk and asked for another room and was told the hotel was full. I should have taken a pic of the parking lot that day and night because I would guess they were maybe 50% full? Clearly the clerk had no interest in doing her job. Television??? Hopefully you have no interest in TV because you won't find a workable one here. No local stations and 95% of the channels came in fuzzy and not watchable. General cleanliness was lacking. Oh and finally, yesterday morning when I went to get a coffee packet, the front desk attendant had a cigarette, inside the property. I'm sure you will find better options!!!

Great Experience except internet availability

I've stayed there several times and have never had problems with the internet. I work on my computer at night and was very disappointed this time. It was very slow and I could not get my work done.
